Processing and Handling
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed (unless there is a delay due to high demand, holidays, or product availability).
- Orders placed before ~3:00 PM CST are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed after ~3:00 PM CST are typically processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- We offer standard shipping and, where available, expedited shipping at checkout.
- Free standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders over US$75.
- For orders under US$75 (or outside the U.S.), shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (U.S.) standard shipping:United States: typically 7–25 business days after shipment
- Other countries: typically 10–30 business days after shipment

- Tracking information may take several days to update once your order is in transit.
- Expedited shipping (where/if available): typically 2–5 business days — see your checkout options for exact pricing and timing.
- International shipping: We ship internationally from our suppliers’ warehouses located in China. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 10–30 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note:

- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- Tracking information may take several days to update while the package is in international transit.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a tracking number (if tracking is available for your destination). Use that tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive, or arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the package and items. We’ll review your case and — where appropriate — offer a replacement, exchange, or refund (subject to our Warranty & Return Policy)
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country of residence.
Changes to Shipping Policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when we add new carriers, change shipping rates, or expand shipping regions. All changes will be posted here under “Last updated,” and apply to all orders placed after the revision date.
